Welcome to LashMap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LashMap platform, including our website, mobile app, AI features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use LashMap. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
LashMap is intended for lash professionals, educators, and related beauty industry users. If you use the Service in a professional capacity, you represent that you have the necessary licenses, certifications, and legal authority to operate your business in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@lashmap.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when signing up and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information.
LashMap is offered as a paid subscription with multiple tiers. Current plans include Solo, Pro, and Studio. Pricing is shown in the app and on our website, and may change from time to time with advance notice.
Free trials and beta access. New users may receive a free trial period (currently 7 days). Beta members may receive extended free access during the beta program. You will not be charged until your free period ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
Recurring billing. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Founder rates. If you joined LashMap as a founding member, your founder discount or locked price applies to your subscription for as long as your account remains active and in good standing. Founder rates are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again and notify you. If payment is not received within 14 days, your account may be suspended or downgraded.
LashMap allows you to upload photos, client information, notes, and other content ("Your Content"). You retain all ownership of Your Content. You grant LashMap a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on the rights of others, contains malware, or is used to harass, defraud, or harm any person.
LashMap includes AI-powered features, including "Iris" our AI lash consultant. Iris provides measurement analysis, style recommendations, and answers to questions you ask.
Iris is not a substitute for professional judgment.Iris' recommendations are generated by an AI model and may contain errors or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for the technical decisions you make in your lash application, including which styles, curls, lengths, and techniques to use on each client. LashMap makes no warranty that Iris' recommendations will produce any specific result.
Measurements are approximate.LashMap's measurement accuracy depends on the use of the provided measurement card and proper photo conditions. When the card is not present or cannot be detected, measurements are estimated using fallback calibration and are approximate. You should use your professional judgment when relying on any measurements.
No medical advice. Iris does not provide medical advice. If a client has eye conditions, allergies, or other medical concerns, refer them to a qualified medical professional.
If you connect LashMap to Stripe Connect, LashMap may create payment links, charge deposits, and collect fees from your clients on your behalf through your own Stripe account.
Funds flow to you directly. LashMap does not hold or disburse funds from your clients. Stripe routes payments directly to your connected Stripe account. You are solely responsible for tax reporting, refund policies, and any disputes related to payments you collect through LashMap.
Platform fees.LashMap does not currently charge platform fees on payments processed through Stripe Connect. Stripe's own processing fees apply and are deducted directly by Stripe.

LashMap, including its name, logo, software, design, content, and AI models ("LashMap IP"), is owned by LashMap and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in LashMap IP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from LashMap IP without our written permission.
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to LashMap if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in behavior that harms the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your access will end and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
LASHMAP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ANY RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LASHMAP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LASHMAP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LashMap from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including the rights of your clients).
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. For significant changes to the Terms, we will notify you by email or in-app notification before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LashMap is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in small claims court, except where prohibited by law.
